All our descriptions give you full details about the conditions of our products giving you full information on what to expect.  

Our phones are fully tested before being deemed fit for resale - our phones are fully operational and functional. We also offer a free 30 day peace of mind guarantee should you encounter any problems. We also offer extended warranties for a small additional cost and extra peace of mind, contact us for details.

Here is how we grade items:

• Grade A: Great condition, as new with very light scuffs or minor marks if any.
• Grade B: Good condition, very minor marks and scuffs.
• Grade C: Used handset with heavier scuffs, marks or cracks. The screen will have scratches and possible scuffs but no cracks.  The rear casing will show heavy signs of wear including cracks around the charging port, sim gate, vibrate and volume buttons. It will also have scratches/scuffs and possible pitting marks. This does not affect the functionality and is purely cosmetic.
